Angela Griffin 2014 - Angela is joining the cast of ITV Series "Lewis" link
October 2013 - Having started out as a child villager, aged eight years, in our 1984 production of Pinocchio Angela is making her West End debut in "One Man, Two Guvnors?" at the Haymarket, Theatre Royal. Already a successful television actress since the age of sixteen, Angela still recalls her time with Leeds Children's Theatre, where she played a variety of roles including Tabaqui (Jungle Book), Soggy Boggart (Worzel Gumming  and the title roles in Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Rumpelstiltskin.

"The aim of Leeds Children's Theatre is to produce plays suitable for children,
​the players to be either children or adults or both, as is necessary for the production"
. 
This was drawn into the constitution in April 1937 and it remains the aim of Leeds Children's Theatre today ​
