Members' Workshops:
Saturday Mornings
  • The society runs a popular weekly Saturday morning Drama Workshop, mainly for our younger members, which offers an excellent introduction to our activities and includes drama games and lots of improvisation work.
  • The minimum age to attend is currently eight years and there is a waiting list for places.
  • Our waiting list for places is now open to children aged 7 & over.

​Leeds Children's Theatre are based at the Carriageworks Theatre in Millennium Square and facilitate a weekly workshop from 9:30 - 11:30 on a Saturday morning.

 ​​Friday Evenings
  • Our monthly workshops for members aged 13+.
  • The group is smaller, usually with a dozen or so attendees, and offers our youth and adult members a time and space to work together on scripts and other projects. ​​

This was drawn into the constitution in April 1937
​and it remains the aim of Leeds Children's Theatre today 
​
