Originally we had planned not to perform on the Friday evening, but as the show sold out quickly we added the Friday performance to accomodate a school group plus other people on a waiting list for seats.

Leeds Children's Theatre (founded in 1935)

"The aim of Leeds Children's Theatre is to produce plays suitable for children,
​the players to be either children or adults or both,
​as is necessary for the production"
. 
This was drawn into the constitution in April 1937
​and it remains the aim of Leeds Children's Theatre today 
​
